¡No te quejes... crea!
Si hay algo que me gusta del internet, es escuchar historias inspiradoras. Hace tiempo navegando, tuve la gran suerte de encontrarme con un verdadero tesoro... las charlas de Tina Roth Eisenberg, una diseñadora suiza muy atípica, a la que admiro muchísimo por su creatividad y valores, su capacidad de trabajo y su talento para conectarse con las personas.
Tina, mejor conocida como "Swiss Miss“ gracias a su famoso blog, es una atípica diseñadora suiza que vive en NY. Ha sido la mentora de geniales proyectos como „Studiomates“ un espacio de trabajo colaborativo para creativos. „CreativeMornings“ una serie de conferencias para la comunidad creativa., „TeuxDeux“ una aplicación para organizar las actividades diarias y „Tattly“, una tienda online que vende tattoos temporales diseñados por reconocidos ilustradores.
Una de sus valiosas reglas de vida, es que si ella se queja por algo que no le gusta, suele hacer dos cosas, o se obliga a encontrar una solución para esa queja o simplemente no vuelve a quejarse.
El mundo está lleno de gente que se queja o critica. Yo mismo suelo hacerlo muchas veces. Quejarse, es muy fácil pero también es una pérdida de tiempo ya que no aporta nada positivo. En cambio encontrar soluciones a esas quejas, ¡eso si que requiere mucha creatividad!
En esta época del año en que uno se propone hacer cambios para intentar mejorar, quiero proponerles que nos quejemos menos y que nos dejemos inspirar por los fantásticos consejos de esta talentosa diseñadora suiza.

Ich mag es, spannende und inspirierende Geschichten im Internet zu hören. Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich das Glück einen wahren Schatz zu finden... die Konferenzen von Tina Roth Eisenberg. Eine aussergewöhnliche Schweizer Designerin, die ich sehr für ihre Kreativität, ihre Werte, ihre Arbeitsfähigkeit sowie ihr Talent Menschen zu verbinden, bewundere.
Tina, dank ihrem berühmten Blog besser bekannt als „Swiss Miss“ , ist eine atyphische Schweizer Designer, die in New York lebt. Sie war die Mentorin von grossen Projekten wie „Studiomates“ eine Plattform für Kreative, „CreativeMornings“ ein Angebot für die Kreativbranche, „TeuxDeux“ eine Anwendung um tägliche Aktivitäten zu organisieren und „Tattly“, ein Online-Shop für temporäre Tattoos, gestaltet von namhaften Illustratoren.
Eine ihrer Lebensregel finde ich absolut wertvoll. Wenn sie Grund hat sich über etwas zu beschweren, gibt es für sie zwei Möglichkeiten: Entweder findet sie einen Weg das Problem/ Beschwerde zu beheben, oder sie beschwert sich nicht weiter.
Viele Menschen kritisieren oder beschweren sich. Auch ich mache dies manchmal. Sich beschweren ist einfach. Jedoch ist es nur eine Zeitverschwendung und trägt nichts Positives zur Lösung bei. Falls man aber einen Lösungsweg für ein Problem finden will, erfordert dies eine Menge Kreativität!
Schon bald steht der Jahreswechsel an und viele Leute haben Vorsätze für das neue Jahr. Sie nehmen sich vor, etwas in ihrem Leben zu verändern. Mein Vorschlag ist, dass wir weniger klagen und uns die inspirierenden Ratschläge von Tina zu Herzen nehmen.

Something that I really like about the internet is listening to inspiring stories. Not so long ago I was very fortunate to found a small treasure: the talks of Tina Roth Eisenberg, a very unusual Swiss designer, who I admire very much for her creativity and values; and also because of her ability to work and to connect with people.
Tina, better known as "Swiss Miss“ thanks to her famous creative blog, is an atypical Swiss designer who lives in N.Y. She has been the mentor of great projects such as „Studiomates“ a collaborative workspace for creative; „CreativeMornings“ a series of conferences for the creative community; „TeuxDeux“ an application to organize daily activities and „Tattly“, an online store that sells temporary tattoos designed by renowned illustrators.
One of her valuable rules of life is that if she complains about something, she usually does two things: either forces herself to find a solution to that complaint or simply does not complain again, at least about that issue.
I believe, the world is full of people who complain or criticize. Sometimes I also do the same. Complaining is very easy but it is also a waste of time since it does not contribute to anything positive. Finding solutions to those complaints, on the other hand, requires a lot of creativity!
At this time of the year when many people try to make changes in order to improve, I also want to propose one change: that we complain less and that let ourselves be inspired by the fantastic advice of this talented Swiss designer!
